Our latest Member Spotlight features Ben Smith from Smith Paper & Janitor Supply, a company that has been a dedicated part of the TUG community for nearly forty years. Having attended at least a dozen conferences throughout his career, Ben understands firsthand how face-to-face collaboration drives long-term success in industrial distribution.

Ben shares why active engagement remains a critical asset for his team and his business.

“This is still a relationship business, whether it’s with us and the customers or us and suppliers. So the tighter we can have relationships with not just suppliers, but other members of TUG, I think the stronger the whole community becomes.”
