TUG Conference Information for Suppliers


The 2017 TUG Conference - TUG TAKES NASHVILLE

The 2017 conference will be held at the Gaylord Grand Opryland Resort in Nashville TN.  The conference will kick off with our TUG Golf Open at the Gaylord Springs Golf Links on Sunday, April 30th.   The Conference officially opens on Monday with Supplier Setup, Supplier welcome meeting and Welcome Cocktail Reception.


The TUG Tabletops will be held on Tuesday, May 2nd and Wednesday May 3rd.   On Tuesday evening we will host our Member/Supplier Awards Dinner and tours will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday.  General Jackson Showboat Dinner Tour is on Wednesday evening.  


2017 TUG TABLE-TOPS and TUG APP Information


Our TUG Table-top Website (www.tugtabletops.com) and the TUG APP will be used at the conference again this year.

TUG Tabletops:   On Monday, April 3rd at 10:00 a.m. you will be able to login to the TUG Tabletops to review your Tabletop Schedule for the conference, add any members you would like to meet with and also review the directory of attendees for the conference under the directory tab.   The Directory can be sorted by Market Segment if you need to only see the members in your market segment.  


Our TUG APP will be used to optimize your conference experience with the members.   You will be able to scan the QR Code on their name badge, and also you will need the APP to record your missed meetings.    If you have the APP from last year you will need to uninstall, and download the new APP for this year.   There have been many significant improvements in the APP.     The APP can be downloaded on to your Mobile platform and also can be viewed through a regular browser.    The APP is called The United Group APP or TUG APP.  When you see it in Play Store or on your Apple Device you will see the TUG logo.

2017 SUPPLIER SHIPPING INFORMATION for the Nashville Conference


Attached are two options for shipping your display, literature, samples, etc. for the upcoming conference, Freeman or Hotel Fed Ex.    If you need electricity, that form is included in the Freeman attachment.  Also attached is a supplier list with table numbers, in case the form requests a location to deliver you shipment, the table-top meetings will be held in the Event Center of the Gaylord Opryland.
